On a desktop Mac running the macOs 11 (big sur) in the address (URL) field there is a small sign which, when clicked gives you the option to choose the language to which you want the page to translate. May may have to first select the appropriate language which you can do by choosing “preferred languages”. The choice of languages is (as yet) limited, Dutch for instance is not available.

On the iPhone, in iOs 14, the same is achieved by choosing the aA sign in the address bar and then choosing Translate Website.
